Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
